Nice to meet you, I'm Maria!

Like most people, I have many different sides to who I am.

I’m creative, adventurous, and always growing. Over the years, I’ve discovered that while life constantly changes, our authentic self will always be our foundation.

That’s what inspires my work.

Through movement, breath, and creativity, I help people create space to reconnect with themselves and find more balance in everyday life. I weave in the beautiful sounds of Cosmic Sound Bowls® to support relaxation, mindfulness, and a sense of calm.

My journey has taken me through many different areas of study centred around understanding what helps us live healthier lives in mind, body, and soul.
