I’m a qualified Sound Practitioner, inspired and trained by the incredible Cosmic Sound Bowls® family. My work is guided by a deep curiosity about energy, frequency, and the way everything connects.
My path into this work began through a deep curiosity about creativity, energy, and connection. During my studies in art, alongside an exploration of quantum theory, I became fascinated by frequency, vibration, and the subtle forces that shape our experiences.
Sound and caring for others have always been a natural part of who I am. I was later guided deeper into sound healing through my tribe of incredible women. A special space where I truly felt the power of community, shared energy, and what it means to shift consciousness together.

My work is a blend of sound, creativity, and a bit of exploration.
I love bringing in playful elements and creating space for you to express, release, and reconnect in a way that feels natural to you.
Each session unfolds in its own way, sometimes soft and grounding, sometimes more expansive, but always guided by what feels right in the moment.
