I’ve always been curious about what a healthier, happier, and more balanced life looks like.
What started as an interest in creativity gradually expanded into movement, breathwork, and sound. Each offers a different piece of the puzzle, all sharing a common thread. Reconnecting with ourselves and living more intentionally.
Along the way, my journey led me to Cosmic Sound Bowls®, opening the door to a continued exploration of practices that support wellbeing in mind, body, and soul.
Today, those experiences come together through my Move. Breathe. Create. lifestyle. Simple tools that help people reconnect with their authentic selves and create more balance in everyday life.

Move
Anyone who knows me will tell you that I've always loved to move. Whether it's dancing, yoga, exercise, or simply exploring, movement has always brought me a sense of joy, freedom, and connection.
Over the years, that love of movement inspired me to explore yoga, fitness, and nutrition more deeply. Through these studies, I've learned that movement isn't just about exercise, it's about supporting our wellbeing, building a healthier relationship with our bodies and creating habits that help us feel our best.
My Yoga Diploma deepened my understanding of flexibility, balance and the mind-body connection. My Fitness Qualification expanded this knowledge through practical approaches to exercise and everyday movement, while my Diploma in Diet & Nutrition explored the role of nourishment and healthy habits.
Together, these studies form the foundation of my movement practice and support my belief that movement can be a powerful tool for living with greater intention, health and vitality.

Movement is where many people begin reconnecting with themselves. Through my studies in yoga, fitness and nutrition, I've explored how movement, healthy habits and mindful self-care work together to support overall wellbeing.
My Yoga Diploma deepened my understanding of breath-led movement, flexibility, balance and the mind-body connection. My Fitness Qualification expanded this knowledge through practical approaches to exercise, strength and everyday movement. Complementing both, my Diploma in Diet & Nutrition explored the role of nourishment, healthy eating habits and the foundations of physical wellbeing.
Together, these studies form the foundation of my movement practice, helping others build a healthier relationship with their bodies through sustainable and accessible lifestyle practices.

What I love most about creativity is its playfulness. There is something wonderfully authentic about allowing ourselves to explore without needing to get it right. In those moments, we often discover something new about ourselves.
My studies in art, education, and creative wellbeing have shown me that creativity is also a powerful way to connect with others. It gives us a glimpse into different perspectives of seeing the world. Through teaching, travel, and working with people from different cultures, I've learned that some of the most meaningful moments happen when we allow ourselves to be curious, open, and creative.
Together, these experiences form the foundation of my creative practice and support my belief that creativity is not just something we do, but an important part of living a fuller, more connected life.
